The updo

I desperately don't want anything overly precious happening on my head on our wedding day. Something simple and out of the way would be great. Portia de Rossi has become my new hair idol - it always looks so elegant, yet casual (and have you seen her on Better off Ted?? Has to be the funniest show on TV. I actually spit water out of my mouth, nearly killing M's laptop.)
